All Americans Wishing to Pursue their American Dream;

Entrepreneurialism has always been the cornerstone of our Nation's advancement and economy. Throughout our history, the government has taken a very active and supportive role in commercial enterprises. Now it is time for the government to remove the special interest stranglehold on business development and establish a direct function to widen the average American's access to the benefits of the entrepreneurial umbrella.
We must end the practice of campaign contributions influencing which ventures or industries will receive taxpayer dollars. The E-Fund will invest taxpayer money at the individual level, based on thoroughness and viability of a business undertaking without regard for political connections and donations.
It is not my suggestion or desire for it to be easy for anyone to realize Entrepreneurial Freedom and Prosperity…but is my intention to make it Possible for All.
You ought to try having an unrelenting faith in the American people…given the chance We will prove We deserve it. Think of the ramifications that will resonate throughout every facet of society when people honestly believe they have a chance.
Today very few of US actually believe We have a chance and because of this…We stop before We get started and the result is everything that is wrong with our Country. We must harvest the accomplishments of our citizens and watch them enjoy the benefits of their effort and contributions.
Open your mind to the possibilities if we as an entire Nation decide to harvest our inspired ideas…nothing will be out of our reach. Much has been made regarding this Nation's divide. When we all begin working together on our most important ideas and challenges…that is when we will once again live in the United States of America!
Always Think Education: Polls tell us that education is one of the most important issues on the minds of American voters. So as more and more politicians call themselves "the education candidate"…the problem has steadfastly gotten worse. The E-Fund will turn education upside down and make sure that adults demonstrate the value of learning to our children through their practice…and not just their preaching.
Imagine the impact on learning when a student's father comes home from a hard day at work and instead of opening a beer and sitting in front of the TV…he rushes to the computer to gain the knowledge he needs to advance his inspired plan.
Imagine the impact on learning when a single mother is able to demonstrate to her children that they indeed “can become whatever they want”. Through her inspired example she will replace the hollow words of far too many single parents...who when asked "Are you what you wanted?" have no believable answer.
Imagine the impact on learning when immigrants no longer believe they must sacrifice the needs of one generation for the opportunities of the next. Through their inspired effort “they” will now be able also see along with their children a vision that really does make this...The Land of Opportunity.
Remember this: By making it possible…more will try. We need more to try!
New funding beliefs and actions will begin a more hopeful W.A.Y. for a Nation that so desperately needs one. The Inspired Ideas and Dreams of the many are worth our investment and can be realized by expecting innovation, courage and persistence, while replacing our stagnant culture of reliance and apathy. This can only begin with the development of a new social culture of rightful responsibility which will ensure our W.A.Y
Taxpayer Funded 174 Billion Dollar Entrepreneurial Fund or E-Fund
From a practical standpoint the creation of an Entrepreneurial Fund will begin to remove the “Culture-Driven Fear” that prevents work on our Nation's most inspired and promising thinking. By expanding innovation through Our Best People and Our Best Technology, Science and Knowledge anyone ready to step forward and command a new place in life...will now be able to.
The Objective is Simple…Design institutional infrastructure aimed at demystifying and energizing the entrepreneurial process for those American Citizens with ideas and courage but without the historical experience or initial resources to turn their thoughts into tangible value.
Every successful enterprise has common components which lead to success. We will use technology and a shared National Purpose to ensure the circulation of resources, experience and ideas for the greatest good…of The Many.
The Entrepreneurial Support Centers and E-Fund will make individual skill training and development a primary intention. The Centers will also provide start-up expertise, seed capital investment and large scale coordination of federal, state and local resources while building a bridge to existing small and large business entities.
The intent of the Entrepreneurial Support Center is to provide idea incubation until the holder(s) of the idea invest enough "sweat equity" to create value which permits the proposition to stand on its own. Once a sustainable business model is established, banks and other traditional funding mechanisms will take over.
